the gestures & body language
measured &
quantified in yardstick increments
of content of character the tells / &
tics of exotic exegesis
/ whether to accept the upturned palms
extended by the other & tolerance
plumbing the unfathomable
neon of diversity /
emanating outwards from subtle cracks
in the other’s indigenous our more
in common with /
their tentative oncoming
/ to feel commingled in their eyes /
the communal touch &
two human being / too not coexist //
